1- Shipping Information

- Order Processing Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days of receiving them. However, during high-demand periods such as sales or new collection launches, processing may take longer due to increased order volume. Rest assured, our team works diligently to ship your order as quickly as possible without compromising quality.
- Customs & Duties: For international orders, particularly those outside Saudi Arabia, customs duties and import taxes may be applied upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to cover or predict them.
- Extended Delivery Times: Some items may require additional processing time due to their specific features. Any such delays will be clearly stated in the product description to ensure full transparency before purchase.
- Shipping Locations: Most of our products originate from our workshop in Morocco before being sent to our Khobar facility for final touches. Each item is meticulously handled, packaged, and shipped with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.
- Shipping Carriers: We partner with leading global logistics providers, primarily DHL and Aramex, to ensure your order is delivered safely and promptly. All shipments are sent via express delivery for the fastest possible arrival.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

2- Returns & Exchanges
At Keshmara Collection, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, please note that we do not accept returns, except in cases where an error was made on our part or the item is defective.
- Exchanges for Errors or Defects: If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will gladly replace it and cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
- Exchanges for Customer Satisfaction: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to exchange it. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery, in its original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all tags and accessories intact. We will not process exchanges for items missing their original labels or packaging.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will promptly send out the replacement.
- Return Address: Customers are responsible for returning the product to the address provided via email. You may choose any shipping carrier for the return.
- Hygiene Policy: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges on accessories such as earrings and necklaces.
- Order Pickup Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the order is collected at the delivery address. If the package is refused or not picked up on time, resulting in a return, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
3- Cancellation Policy
- Order Processing: At Keshmara Collection, we understand the importance of delivering each dress on time for our customers' special events. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. As soon as we receive your order, we immediately begin the preparation process, which includes sourcing materials, production, and logistics coordination for shipping. This approach ensures both timely delivery and the high-quality standards that define our service.
